Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Cleaning Operative for our North Wall Quay site in Dublin 1. You will join a professional cleaning team delivering spotless services across public spaces, offices and other areas within the building. Training is provided, and there is potential to grow within the company.

The role suits someone who is flexible, detail‑minded and able to work both independently and as part of a team. A positive, reliable attitude and good communication are valued at Sodexo.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience is welcome but not essential; training will be provided.
• Able to work solo or as part of a team.
• Demonstrates good spoken and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Join our cleaning team and provide a spotless service across public spaces, offices and other areas throughout the building
• Complete daily cleaning tasks to maintain a welcoming and professional environment
• Clean and maintain restrooms, kitchen areas and office spaces
• Maintain high standards of cleaning and hygiene across all areas
• Follow safety, sanitation and cleaning procedures at all times
• Attend training as required to support your professional development
• Work as part of the wider team while also being confident carrying out tasks independently
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks as directed by management
