Qualifications

• Relevant Claims experience, preferably Bodily Injury.
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, products and claims philosophy.
• Excellent communication, analytical and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Process claims in line with procedures and compliance standards.
• Maintain best practice procedures for claims handling.
• Proactively manage workload and prioritise tasks to meet objectives.
• Assist in development of references and materials; complete ad-hoc projects.
