Job summary

Nua Healthcare Services in Clondalkin, Dublin, Ireland, is seeking a CLaD Hub Facilitator to deliver continuous learning and development across multiple hubs. The role includes coordinating training programmes, managing safety, and supporting individuals with intellectual and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Social Care desirable, and/or qualification in Education, or any professional trade, (level 7).
• 2-3 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Train the Trainer Certificate (FETAC level 5), desirable.

Responsibilities

• The role transports the CLaD Hub to locations across the country and facilitates supports incl. external organisations.
• Facilitate and deliver all training/curriculum programmes at each CLaD Hub.
• Support, coaching and supervision of interns introduced to the facility and manage related projects.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and co-ordinate communications with stakeholders.
