Qualifications

Civil Technician

Location: County Cork

Civil Technician with 3-5 years’ experience required to join a client focused consultancy working on large scale projects across Ireland. The successful candidate will have experience of drainage design within residential developments. This position offers great opportunities and growth within the company.

Sample Projects:

Residential Development

• Construction of 229 Residential Units and childcare facility - €65m-€85m
• Construction of 230 units including site resolution - €65m-€85m
• Construction of 95 No. Residential apartment Units broken into 6 No. blocks varying in height from 4 to 6 story’s. €30m-40m
• Construction of 120 Residential mix of Apartments and dwellings units - €35m-€45m

Masterplan & Phase 1 Planning - For over 1000 dwellings and subsequent planning permission for Phase 1 consisting of 300 units and commercial center. €85m-€110m

Requirements:

• Civil Technician should have 3-5 years’ experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or in a related field.
• Experienced with Revit and TEKLA, CAD-IT, TEDDs or equivalent software’s.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
