Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cinema Manager located in Castlebar. The Cinema Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring smooth cinema operations. Additional responsibilities include handling customer service issues, overseeing sales operations, coordinating marketing initiatives, and maintaining the facility's safety and cleanliness. The role will also involve business planning and the implementation of strategies to drive cinema attendance and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Business Planning
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Sales Operations
  • Leadership and team management experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • A degree or qualification in Business Management, Hospitality, or related fields is beneficial
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a management role
  • Age 18 years or older.
  • This is a full-time in person role.
