Job summary

A childcare provider in Balbriggan is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Childcare Practitioner for the Wobbler Room (1–2 years). We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Childcare Practitioner to join our team in the Wobbler Room (1–2 years). The role involves providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow through play.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily care, routines, and development of children aged 1–2 years.

• Plan and engage in age-appropriate play and learning activities.

• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at all times.

• Work closely with colleagues and communicate effectively with parents.

• Follow childcare policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education (minimum).

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is an advantage.

• Warm, patient, and professional approach.

Hours: Full-time, or Part-time, Monday–Friday.
