Job summary

Resilience Healthcare is seeking a Chief Quality, Safety & Risk Officer to lead the Quality, Safety and Risk function on the Senior Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO. The role spans nationwide services in a hybrid arrangement and anchors governance across the organisation.

As CQSR you will establish rights-based services, ensure HIQA readiness, and drive enterprise risk management while leading safeguarding and information governance initiatives in a growing disability provider that

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership in quality, safety, risk, and compliance in a regulated health or social care environment.
• Proven enterprise risk management - frameworks, registers, and board-level reporting
• Demonstrable safeguarding leadership, including engagement with Tusla and HSE Safeguarding teams
• HIQA inspection management and National Standards experience - highly desirable
• Experience building or significantly developing a quality and safety function - highly desirable

Responsibilities

• Company-wide QSR strategy aligned to our growth ambition and all applicable legislation
• HIQA compliance across all designated centres - and readiness for the anticipated extension of regulation to day services
• Enterprise-wide risk management - live registers, clear ownership, quarterly Board reporting
• Organisational leadership on safeguarding, incident management, and open disclosure
• Information governance — GDPR, Data Protection, breach management, and DPIAs
