Job summary

The Law Society of Ireland seeks a Head of Human Resources to report to the Director of Finance, Operations & HR, and to lead the HR function as a trusted strategic adviser to the Executive Leadership Team.

You will shape people strategy, organisational design, governance and risk across the HR portfolio at a pivotal stage in the Society’s evolution, delivering impact on culture and capability.

Qualifications

• Significant senior HR leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience leading teams, budgets and organisational change.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder influencing skills.
• Sound judgement, resilience and a collaborative leadership style.
• Experience in professional services or business sector advantageous.
• CIPD membership preferred.
