St Patrick’s Mental Health Services (SPMHS) is seeking a Chief II Pharmacist to oversee and manage the pharmaceutical service in the hospital and all staff involved in providing the same.
Applicants for this position must:

• Be a registered Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) or be entitled to be so registered
• Have at least five years satisfactory post registration hospital experience
