Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Ireland is seeking a cleanup technician to chemically clean engine components for aerospace/manufacturing, following SOPs to ensure quality and inspection readiness.

You will operate cleaning line equipment, monitor solutions, and maintain documentation while wearing protective gear and maintaining a safe workspace. Minimum O level and at least 1 year in aerospace/manufacturing required.

Qualifications

• Min GCE ‘O’ level and above.
• Min 1 year of experience in Aerospace / Manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities

• Chemically clean parts, often engine components, to remove coatings, rust, paint, carbon, and grease before inspection or repair (like FPI).
• Follow specific operation sheets, manuals, and SPOP specifications for each job.
• Add chemicals to tanks, monitor solution concentrations (pH, temperature), test solutions, and manage waste, ensuring material reactivity knowledge.
• Operate and monitor cleaning line equipment, pumps, filters, and tanks, assisting maintenance as needed.
• Verify part numbers, check for correct processes, identify faulty operations, and maintain meticulous records/paperwork.
• Wear protective gear (gloves, masks, suits) and maintain a clean, safe work area.
