Excel Aviation Ltd, based in the DAA Executive Lounges at Dublin Airport, is recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie for a premium airport operation.

You will work with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes, uphold HACCP standards, and mentor junior kitchen staff in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and holiday shifts included; competitive salary €34,000-€36,000 per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a busy kitchen.
• Professional culinary qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food hygiene regulations.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to the highest standards.
• Manage and own your designated kitchen section.
• Support seasonal menu development and delivery.
• Ensure food safety, storage and serving per HACCP.
• Monitor quality, portions and minimise waste.
• Mentor junior kitchen staff and maintain a safe workspace.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent service.
