Chef de Partie (M/F) – New Opening Dublin

Big Mamma is opening a new chapter in Dublin with the launch of an ambitious project, designed to redefine the hospitality experience at Big Mamma and offer a unique, inspiring atmosphere. For this new opening, we are looking for Chef de Partie / Demi Chef de Partie who can support the service with care and passion.

Your Goals:
  • Stock management, inventory, and understanding of food cost
  • Basic knowledge of the group's artistic direction
  • Quality control and responsibility for mise en place, hygiene, and safety procedures
  • Management of the pass and the service
  • Knowledge of kitchen basics and techniques, ability to reproduce recipes, and familiarity with fresh pasta
  • Training junior team members, onboarding, and team motivation
