Job summary

The Fleet Hotel is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Dublin. This role works closely with the Head Chef to ensure high-quality food production and presentation across all service periods.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the production of the highest possible food quality in the delegated section.
• Coordinate and supervise staff in the delegated section.
• Prepare and garnish all food orders according to menu specifications and ensure plate presentation.
