Marlfield House is located just outside Gorey on the Courtown Road. and has two restaurants The Duck and The Conservatory . The Duck opened in 2015 is a casual dining restaurant and has received numerous awards for its food, service and atmosphere and is included in The Michelin Guide. The Duck offers a unique dining experience in a casual setting and a warm and friendly working environment among a friendly and strong team of professionals. The Conservatory is a more formal dining experience and has also won numerous awards over the years

Marlfield House is currently looking for a Chef de Partie to start as soon as possible.

The Successful Candidates Must

  • Have experience in an award winning restaurant using local or home grown produce.
  • Be competant at looking after a section,
  • Stay up to date on food trends, have an appreciation of seasonality, love simplicity and have an appreciation and passion for the kitchen garden be a team player
  • have the ability to be part of a team
  • have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • have full knowledge of adhering to HACCP
  • have a keen eye for detail
  • must love food,
  • be imaginative,
  • be up to date with food trends,
  • have a passion for ingredients and appreciate and use the kitchen garden.
