Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  • HACCP trained and hygiene focused.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, proactive work attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes for your assigned section to consistently high standards.
  • Complete all required mis-en-place ahead of service times.
  • Work closely with other chefs to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and report any faults.
  • Contribute to waste control, portion management, and stock rotation.
  • Assist in preparing varied, nutritious staff meals when required.
  • Follow company policies and kitchen procedures.
  • Attend training sessions and actively participate in development opportunities.
  • Represent the kitchen and property with professionalism at all times.

Salary: €34,000 per annum

Hours: 39 hours per week

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a respected property in the Wexford area for an experienced Chef de Partie. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional kitchen team and continue developing your culinary skills in a supportive and well-run environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes for your assigned section to consistently high standards.
  • Complete all required mis-en-place ahead of service times.
  • Work closely with other chefs to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
