A local restaurant in Ireland is seeking an experienced cook to prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes, specializing in Latin American, Mediterranean, or Middle Eastern cuisine. Responsibilities include assisting with menu creation and ensuring health and safety protocols. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and strong creativity and interpersonal skills.

Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes within the specialty section. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, developing recipes, and enhancing dishes. Additionally, assisting with the management of health and safety protocols. Experience with grilled food is an advantage.
