Job summary

Panda Inn Limited in Rush, Co. Dublin, invites a Chef De Partie with at least 2 years’ experience to assist Head Chef in preparing, producing and presenting authentic Chinese cuisine. The role is full-time, on-site, with an annual salary of €36,605 and a 39-hour workweek.

Candidates should have Level 6 qualification and be capable in catering, hospitality, and teamwork; strong problem solving and time management are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a culinary role.
• Minimum Level 6 qualification (including Higher Advanced Certificate & National Craft Certificate).

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef in preparing and presenting authentic Chinese cuisine.
• Maintain quality and presentation across dishes within a 39-hour work week.
