Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of your kitchen section, ensuring smooth operation and high standards of cuisine and hygiene.
  • Prepare ingredients for service, minimizing wastage.
  • Meet all guest special requests.
  • Cook dishes according to specifications and contribute to ongoing improvements.
  • Store goods correctly and hygienically, following HACCP guidelines.
  • Promote an inclusive and respectful work environment.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
Candidate Profile
  • Previous experience, hotel industry experience advantageous.
  • Passion for food at all levels.
  • Friendly team player, able to work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of HACCP regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.
  • Flexible working hours.
