Job summary

Sodexo in Galway is seeking a Chef De Partie to join the university catering team. This full-time role focuses on preparing fresh, nutritious meals for students and staff, delivering balanced menus that meet dietary guidelines and creating a welcoming mealtime atmosphere.

You will cook mouth-watering menu items, ensure high food hygiene standards, and contribute to a positive kitchen culture. Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen and professional culinary qualifications are required.

• Proven experience as a Chef in a volume setting.
• Professional cookery or culinary qualifications.
• Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety, hygiene standards and allergen awareness.
