Experienced and passionate Chef de Partie sought for a well-established restaurant, Workman's Club Limited t/a Doolally at 47-51 South Richmond Street, Dublin 2. Candidate Requirements: Key responsibilities will include: Producing high-quality meals from fresh ingredients, running the Kitchen to a high standard, demonstrating high standard culinary skills, improving the existing menus etc. This is a permanent full-time role. Minimum of two years relevant experience. Hours per week: 39 hours.
