The Clonakilty Park Hotel is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career within a progressive and friendly hotel, located in the heart of beautiful West Cork.

The Clonakilty Park Hotel has been awarded Employer Excellence from Failte Ireland for three years running, Great Place to Work for three years running and also we have just received silver in the Gold Medal Awards for the Best Family Friendly Hotel. A good knowledge of HACCP and the ability to work in a fast pace environment are essential for this position. You must speak fluent English, be eligible to work within the EU and have excellent Customer Care skills.

The candidate must have 3 years, minimum experience in the preparation and presentation of quality dishes to the hotel standard. The ideal candidate must be hardworking & capable of producing quality dishes for service. Staff accommodation available located within walking distance of the town centre and Clonakilty Park Hotel.

About the Role

You will work closely with our Executive Head and Sous Chefs to deliver exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for food, creativity, and a desire to contribute to our reputation for quality and service.

Requirements
