Job summary

CPAC Modular is seeking a Structural Engineer to lead design and sign-off for modular buildings across education, healthcare, commercial and residential sectors. You will work with an in-house team including architects, service engineers, BIM coordinators and technicians, coordinating with compliance and construction teams and external consultants.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare design of structures including modular buildings, prefabrication, and DfMA.
• Carry out structural analysis and design calculations, prepare reports, calculations, drawings.
• Coordinate with BIM modelers for BIM models aligned with client requirements.
• Prepare project deliverables and submissions to relevant authorities.
• Review drawings, calculations, and other deliverables.
• Design manage and coordinate with other design disciplines.
• Collaborate with project managers and wider teams to ensure timely completion.
• Liaise with clients, architects and design discipline team members to build relationships.
• Participate in bids, tenders and showcases.
• Follow planning and execution phases and provide support as necessary.
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.
