Oxfam Ireland is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Door-to-Door Fundraisers. You will engage, inspire and recruit supporters to donate regularly, becoming the public face of Oxfam Ireland.

The role offers both full-time and part-time options, with a structured training programme and clear pathways into fundraising, communications and campaigning within a global NGO network.

Introduction

What We Offer

• Earn up to €19.76 per hour
• Start on €14.15 per hour during your 20-shift paid training programme, then progress to €16.09 per hour, rising to €16.94 per hour on successful completion of probation
• Performance-related pay and progression opportunities:
• Team Leader and Senior Team Leader rising to €19.76 per hour.
• Full-time and part-time roles available.
• Monday to Friday working pattern.

About The Role

As a Door-to-Door Fundraiser, you will engage, inspire and recruit supporters to make regular donations to Oxfam Ireland. You will be the public face of Oxfam, helping raise vital funds for communities affected by poverty, conflict and climate change around the world.
