Contract position, hybrid remote(2x per week onsite) based in Dublin City Center. My client is a leading global in Healthcare & Insurance area and needs a talented and experienced Change Manager with a healthcare background to join them on a contract basis.

As a Change Manager, preferrable with a Healthcare background(Clinical, Hospitals, Health Systems). Creating and managing project plans and driving progress awareness with my client and client leadership.

  • Designing and shaping the approach to deliver the client’s strategic vision for their business and people agenda.
  • Developing and utilizing industry knowledge to be able to make implementation-oriented recommendations.
  • Collaborating with my client and client teams to co-create client solutions, driving progress via workshops.
  • Understanding client key strategic/operational issues and structuring the problem in order to develop and implement possible solutions.
  • Developing reports, presentations, and other briefing materials to provide data and insights on program implementation, progress, risks, and opportunities.

My client is looking for both senior and mid-level candidates as there are multiple roles. Successful candidates will have a minimum of 4 years + of relevant experience working in a project or change management and experience working with senior management.

  • Proven ability to collaborate, engage, and facilitate client meetings and workshops.
  • Pragmatic, business-focused, and with a strong execution mindset.
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding complex issues, quickly absorbing information, and excels in conceptual and creative problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong writing (including the development of presentations) and communication skills.
  • Experience in program and project management.
