As a Seasonal Beauty Advisor, you are the ultimate CHANEL ambassador and you will play a key role in our mission, embodying our values and DNA in line with supporting our teams instore at the busiest time of the retail year.

  • Demonstrate your passion and knowledge in Fragrance, Makeup and Skincare
  • Create a unique and personalised experience for our clients which is authentic and tailored to their personal needs
  • Ensure excellence in client service in accordance with CHANEL’s standards
  • Be part of a collaborative and inclusive community for the Holiday season to achieve individual and collective goals

  • Service oriented approach: The ability to provide an outstanding level of Client experience and service
  • Confidence: you have the ability to apply product expertise to client’s needs in genuine and personalised way
  • Empathy and active listening: you understand and adapt the selling ceremony to the client’s needs
  • Passion: you show enthusiasm for Fragrance & Beauty products, services, and you are able to demonstrate it to the customer, managers and team members
  • Problem solving attitude: you can overcome obstacles, objections with positive attitude
