Qualifications

  • 2-3 years Business Analysis/Consultant experience, ideally in consulting or corporate environment.
  • Experience in process design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and digital tools is essential.

  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills to create impactful presentations and reports that clearly communicate findings, recommendations, and business strategies.
  • 2-3 years Business Analysis/Consultant experience, ideally coming from a large consulting house or large internal corporate environment.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for senior leaders.
  • Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices to drive efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Lead and manage cross‑functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyse operational data and KPIs to inform decision‑making and recommend improvements.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, regularly reviewing processes to identify opportunities for optimisation and innovation.
  • Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with other internal operations teams to support operational excellence.

Role Summary

This role will support the Central Operations team, led by the COO, while working closely with senior leaders across the business to drive impactful change. This role supports the Central Operations team in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic alignment of business operations across the organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and updates for senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, proactively addressing issues to minimise disruption and risk.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies, procedures, and best practices to drive efficiency, quality, and compliance.
  • Lead and manage cross‑functional projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Analyse operational data and KPIs to inform decision‑making and recommend improvements.
