This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

  • The role requires a high level of IT skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
  • To have an awareness of how to operate printers, shredder and other office equipment.
  • Ability to take phone calls and record queries, monitor incoming emails and to respond accordingly or relay information when/where required.
  • Have a good understanding of GDPR and to be able maintain confidentiality.
  • Ensuring the safe storing of files and the correct disposal of documents.
  • To be familiar with using online banking systems, Revenue Online and running Thesaurus payroll package.
