• Conduct processes to meet regulatory CDD obligations for digital and retail customers.
• Perform due diligence, enhanced due diligence, risk profiling and assessments.
• Ensure Safer Gambling is integral to daily CDD operations.
• Monitor customer activity to promote responsible play and meet regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and update CDD records and logs with findings.
