Job summary

Supermac's Roxboro Shopping Centre in Limerick is hiring Catering Assistants on a full-time and part-time basis. The role supports the Management Team to ensure customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant.

The Catering Assistant interacts with customers, staff and management in a friendly and efficient manner, aiming to serve quality food quickly and accurately while following training and handbook standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work in an area complying with company standards and safety/quality aspects.
• Work as part of a team and treat all staff with respect.
• Follow guidelines in food preparation, production, and storage.
• Maintain a professional image on and off the premises.
• Provide warm and friendly service to customers.
• Assist management to increase customer numbers and spend daily.
• Follow cash handling procedures as directed by management.
• Ensure uniform and appearance comply with guidelines.
• Be flexible to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager.
• Always put the customer first.
