Positions: Full-time and part-time Catering Assistant roles are available. Full availability to work from Monday to Sunday is essential.

As a key member of the restaurant operations team, the Catering Assistant will play an important role in supporting management and ensuring that every customer enjoys an exceptional experience at Supermac’s. This role involves maintaining our high standards of food quality, service, and hygiene while contributing to a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring every guest enjoys a positive dining experience.
• Support the preparation and presentation of food items in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation across all front and back-of-house areas.
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient operations throughout each shift.
