Key Responsibilities
As a Catering Assistant, you will:

• Prepare and serve mealsthat meet individual patient dietary requirements.
• Deliver food to wards, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
• Follow HACCP proceduresand infection control policies at all times.
• Maintain cleanlinessin food preparation areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Assist kitchen staffwith food preparation and stock management.
• Support waste managementand recycling initiatives in line with healthcare regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months to 1 year of catering experience, preferably in a healthcare or high-volume setting
• Legal right to work in IrelandandGarda Vetting clearance
• Five years of work references
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment to hygiene and infection control standards
• Flexibilityto work weekends and Bank Holidays when required
• Afull driving licence is desirablefor ease of access to the location
