• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and basic kitchen duties as required
• Contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience through a collaborative and empathetic approach
• Maintain personal hygiene standards and adhere to dress code requirements at all times
• Work flexibly across varied shifts and hours to support business operations and meet operational needs
• Support the wider catering team to ensure seamless daily operations and service delivery
• Adapt responsively to changing requirements and assist team members when required
• Maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and procedures
• Recognize opportunities to improve efficiency and suggest practical solutions to enhance service quality
• Safely lift, carry, and transport catering equipment and food items as part of daily duties
