Supermac's and Papa John's at the Collooney Roundabout Service Station in Sligo are recruiting for Full-Time and Part-Time Catering Assistants. Candidates should be available for a mix of shifts Monday through Sunday, with duties spanning customer service, food preparation, and serving in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on maintaining quality, accuracy of orders, and a professional appearance at all times, working alongside management to grow customer numbers and spend.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be available to work a mixture of shifts between Monday and Sunday.
• The Team Member must interact with customers, staff, and management in a friendly and efficient manner to achieve this result.

Responsibilities

• Work in an area to comply with company standards, adhering to safety/quality aspects, thus ensuring consistency every time.
• Work as part of a team, treating all staff and management with respect.
• Follow company guidelines/training in all aspects of food preparation, production, and storage.
• At all times, portray a professional image, both on and off the premises.
• Treat our customers to warm and friendly service every time they visit our restaurant.
• Work with the management team to increase the number of customers and the amount of money spent every day in our restaurant.
• About cash handling, ensure correct procedures are followed as directed by management.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance, complying with company guidelines.
• Flexibility to work in all areas of the restaurant as requested by the Manager.
• Constantly putting the customer first, whether first thing in the morning or last thing at night.
