Hilton in Ireland is hiring a Casual Kitchen Porter to support night kitchen operations and maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment. You will contribute to hospitality by delivering a warm, efficient guest experience and ensuring health and safety standards are followed on every shift.

As a Casual Kitchen Porter, you’re not just supporting the kitchen and maintaining cleanliness – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s What You’ll Do During a Typical Day

• Support kitchen operations: Assist the Night Kitchen team in maintaining a clean, organised, and well-prepared kitchen environment to ensure smooth overnight operations
• Maintain cleanliness standards: Ensure all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils are cleaned and stored correctly, supporting efficient food preparation and service
• Ensure health and safety compliance: Follow all Health & Safety and hygiene procedures, maintaining a safe environment for both team members and guests
• Support team efficiency: Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to keep operations running seamlessly and support overall team performance
• Assist with kitchen organisation: Help manage the flow of equipment and ensure all items are readily available for use by the kitchen team
• Contribute to a positive team environment: Demonstrate reliability, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic while supporting a productive and rewarding workplace
