Job summary

Artisan Partners Limited Partnership is seeking a highly motivated Associate for its Trade Operations team in Dublin. You will own daily cash reconciliation across Aladdin and SS&C/Geneva models and support investment accounting across equity, fixed income, and frontier markets.

The role requires 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics is required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience; Aladdin and/or Advent Geneva experience a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with initiative to investigate issues.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the daily cash reconciliation process across Aladdin and SS&C/Geneva models for all asset types; investigate exceptions and coordinate timely resolution.
• Perform daily data quality checks on positions, cash, pricing, and other investment data; liaise with BlackRock to resolve issues.
• Prepare and process accounting adjustments to maintain accurate investment books and records.
• Coordinate transaction processing, corporate actions, cash activity, and related events with Trade Operations and service providers.
• Support IBOR/accounting system maintenance and test operational enhancements as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and control of daily processes.
