Job summary

Leinster Property Services in Dublin is seeking a qualified carpenter for a full-time on-site role. You will join a friendly, established property services company working across Leinster.

Responsibilities include first and second-fix carpentry, roofing tasks, fencing, ground works, and general repairs. Experience in property maintenance is beneficial; Safe Pass an advantage.

The successful candidate must be punctual and able to operate across Leinster region with a positive, proactive approach.

Qualifications

• Qualified carpenter with ~10 years' experience.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance.
• Experience in property maintenance is beneficial; Safe Pass is an advantage but not essential.

• Property renovation experience.
• Grounds works – concrete repair/paths/ramps (advantageous).
• Fencing – timber & concrete posts/rails.
• All roofing aspects: guttering, Velux windows, vents, fascia/soffit, flat roofs.
• Balcony repairs – waterproofing.
• General ad hoc repairs.
• MEWP experience.
• Problem solving.
• Work across Leinster area.

Leinster Property Services is a professional, well established and fully compliant property services company. We provide property maintenance services to a large portfolio of clients throughout Leinster.

Key Responsibilities

• First & second-fix carpentry
• Property renovation experience
• Grounds works - concrete repair/paths/ramps (not essential but advantageous)
• Fencing – timber & concrete posts/rails
• All aspects of roofing: guttering, velux windows, vents, fascia/soffit, flat roofs
• Balcony repairs – waterproofing
• General ad hoc repairs
• MEWP experience
• Problem solving
• The successful candidate will be working throughout the Leinster area

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified carpenter 10 years’ experience
• Excellent punctuality and attendance
• Experience working in a property maintenance environment would be beneficial
• Safe Pass (an advantage but not essential)
• Manual handling (will be provided)
