Job Description

• Regular inspection of the building, equipment & facilities, operate the building management software
• Check security aspects, health & safety, fire safety, operation and cleanliness of the building
• Recognise and assess faults and damages of the building, equipment and facilities, take appropriate action
• Perform basic repairs and paint jobs, and get quotes for arranging repairs externally
• Act as contact person for maintenance companies
• Cleaning of the external areas, maintaining of plants and gardening
• Support for receiving and sending deliveries, post and packages
• Supporting preparations of events, exhibitions and language classes, e.g. setting up furniture and IT/technical equipment
• Running errands and purchases
• Cover for reception and lock up of the building in the evenings
