Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning duties throughout the premises.
• Maintain communal areas, kitchen areas and other facilities to a high standard.
• Ensure the building and surrounding areas are kept clean, tidy and safe.
• Report maintenance issues, damage, hazards or defects to the appropriate manager.
• Carry out minor routine maintenance tasks within the role.
• Assist with setting up and clearing rooms, furniture and equipment as required.
• Ensure waste and recycling are appropriately managed.
• Ensure paths are kept clean and litter is collected.
• Work in accordance with health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible approach to work.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
