Responsibilities

• Maintenance of kitchen area.
• Sweep and mop floors.
• Steam clean or hose out bins as required.
• Clean pots, pans and other kitchen equipment.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is in working order.
• Report maintenance issues to the team leader.
• Work closely with kitchen management for hygiene compliance.
• Keep storeroom organised.
• Unload food deliveries and equipment.
