Overview

Caretaker/Horticulture/Groundsperson – Ladysbridge Tidy Towns, Ballymacoda Ladysbridge DSP CE Scheme. Ref: CES-2410362. Location: LADYSBRIDGE PARISH HALL, Ladysbridge, Co. Cork, P25 HC94.

Eligibility

Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department. To register your interest you can contact an Employment Personal Advisor (EPA) in your local Intreo Centre.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance, landscaping/gardening, hedge clipping, weeding, planting shrubs and flowers, keep designated areas clean, litter control and painting.
• The applicant should be able to work both as part of a team and use their own initiative, helping the community improve their local environment and make their area a better place to live, work and visit.
