Job summary

The Rehab Group is seeking a Care Worker at Nenagh Supported Accommodation in Tipperary. This is a permanent, 20-hour part-time role delivering personal care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and mental health needs in a high-support setting. We value dignity, choice, and community inclusion.

Applicants should have QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent, be able to work in a team, maintain confidentiality, and hold a full clean driving licence. Closing date 17th November 2026.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 in Social Care or equivalent.
• Ability to work effectively in a team providing person-centered support.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of service users at all times.
• Full Clean Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Promote and actively get involved in teamwork, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for the service user.
• Facilitate and implement a person centered service appropriate to the needs, wishes and requirements of service users.
• Ensure that all interactions with service users are approached with dignity, respect and equality and incorporating choice.
