Job summary

Cheshire Ireland in Co. Sligo is seeking a Care Support Worker on a Specified Purpose Contract (20h). You will support people with daily living, following personal plans to promote independence and wellbeing.

The role requires QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or QQI Level 6 Social Care or a Nursing qualification, driving licence, and availability across a 24/7 roster. Fluency in English and a compassionate approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Hold or be pursuing QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support or QQI Level 6 Social Care or a nursing qualification.
• Experience supporting people with disabilities is preferred.
• Full manual driving licence and willingness to drive for work.
• Availability to work all shifts across a 24/7 roster.
• Excellent verbal and written English; reliable and compassionate.
