Job summary

Cheshire Ireland is seeking a Care Support Worker to join our team and support adults with disabilities across our services. You will build respectful relationships and provide person-centred daily living assistance on a 24-hour roster with a 22-hour contract.

Applicants should hold QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support (or be working towards QQI Level 5) or Level 6 Social Care / Nursing qualification and have a Full Manual Driving Licence.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 Healthcare Award or higher (or working towards)
• QQI Level 6 Social Care or Nursing qualification
• Full Manual Driving Licence or willing to obtain

Responsibilities

• Support people with daily living activities per individual plans
• Establish and maintain respectful, rights-based relationships
• Uphold Cheshire Ireland values in service delivery
