St. Aidan's Services in Ireland invites applications for a Care Assistant to join our residential teams. This full-time role focuses on delivering person-centred supports that promote rights, dignity and independence for the individuals we support.
You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality care across day and night shifts, with comprehensive induction and ongoing training.

The Care Assistant works in partnership with individuals who use the service to support them in living meaningful, self-directed and fulfilling lives. The role promotes independence, rights, dignity, inclusion, wellbeing and active participation in community life through the delivery of person-centred and individualised supports. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, the Care Assistant supports individuals to achieve their personal goals and aspirations while promoting their health, safety and wellbeing. The role is delivered in accordance with St. Aidan's Services' values, organisational policies, New Directions, HIQA Standards and all relevant legislation and national guidance.
