St. Aidan's Services is seeking a Social Care Worker (Residential) to join a new residential service. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred supports promoting rights, dignity, wellbeing and independence within home and local community.
The role is full-time with service-based contracts. Benefits include induction training, career progression, generous annual leave, pension, and Garda Vetting.

This is a full-time position. Contracts are with the service.
St. Aidan's Services offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
Must hold a Degree in Social Care or foreign equivalent qualification (validated by QQI) and be registered with CORU as a Social Care Worker, or be in the process of obtaining CORU registration.
Six months post-qualification experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, autism and/or complex support needs.
Must hold a full clean driving licence and be willing to drive company vehicles.
Hold valid work authorisation for Ireland.
Be proficient in both oral and written English language.
