Job summary

Prosper Fingal in North County Dublin is seeking Care Assistants to provide person-centred support to adults with intellectual disabilities and autism across multiple teams and sites.

As we prepare to welcome new admissions from September, a panel will be formed for upcoming opportunities. Specific locations and contracted hours will be discussed with successful candidates as roles become available.

Qualifications

• A relevant QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare Support or a related area.
• A full, clean manual driving licence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, person-centred approach.
• Experience supporting adults with intellectual disabilities is desirable.
• Flexibility and the ability to work as part of a team.

As Prosper Fingal prepares to welcome new admissions to our services from September, we are looking for Care Assistants to join our teams across North County Dublin. A panel will be formed from this recruitment process for upcoming opportunities. Specific locations and contracted hours are currently being finalised and will be discussed with successful candidates as roles become available.

About The Role

As a Care Assistant, you will:
