Job summary

Bon Secours Health System invites applications for the full-time permanent position of Cardiac Physiologist (Basic Grade) in our busy Cardiac Department, with rotation to the Cardiac Catheterisation Lab. The successful candidate will communicate effectively and demonstrate the initiative required in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Required qualifications include a BSc in Clinical Measurement Science or the MP(M)P certificate (or equivalent), with experience in echocardiography or cath lab

Qualifications

• BSc in Clinical Measurement Science or MP(M)P certificate (or equivalent).
• Previous experience at a similar level desirable.
• Proficiency in transthoracic echocardiography and/or cath lab procedures would be advantageous.
• Excellent communication/inter-personal skills and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Rotates between the Cardiac Department and Cardiac Catheterisation Lab.
• Works in a busy Cardiac Department.
• Provides cardiac physiology services in a fast-paced environment.
