BYD Wexford are recruiting a Car Valetor / General Operative to join our busy dealership. This is a temporary position and would suit an enthusiastic individual looking to gain experience in the Motor Industry.

Responsibilities include preparing cars for handover, washing and detailing vehicles, polishing the exterior, vacuuming interiors, inspecting vehicles with Sales/Service staff, and maintaining a clean, stocked workspace. Full clean driver's licence is essential and teamwork is important.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Preparing cars for handover to sales and aftersales customers.
• Washing and cleaning vehicles using specialised tools, cleaning agents and techniques.
• Polishing and waxing the exterior of vehicles to restore shine and protect the paint.
• Vacuuming and detailing the interior of vehicles, including upholstery, carpets and dashboard.
• Cleaning and shining wheels, tyres and rims.
• Inspecting vehicles with the Sales/Service person prior to customer handover.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Ensuring regular stock levels of cleaning materials are maintained.
