Job summary

Roquette Cork, Ireland is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to support customers across Northern Europe, optimizing capsule performance within their manufacturing environments and collaborating with Sales, Customer Service, Production, Quality and EHS teams.

You will be the key technical partner, providing expert guidance to maximize production efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and driving continuous improvement while ensuring quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, production or mechanical environments.
• Degree in Engineering, Electro-Mechanical or related technical discipline.
• Strong mechanical/technical expertise with ability to troubleshoot root causes.
• Experience with measurement and precision instruments.
• GMP knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to customers across Northern Europe to maximize production performance.
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular interactions and on-site visits.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and resolve technical challenges quickly and effectively.
• Conduct testing, validation trials and equipment assessments at customer sites and internal facilities.
