Job summary

PSC Biotech is seeking a Capital Specialist to manage day-to-day installation and decommissioning of laboratory instruments across ADC/CDS. You will ensure validated setup and PM/PV schedules, working onsite in Ireland, and collaborate with external vendors to meet client expectations.

The role requires a BSc in analytical chemistry or related field and 4–5 years of instrument experience, with strong knowledge of cGMP and SDLC processes.

Qualifications

• BSc in analytical chemistry or related discipline is required.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in laboratory instrumentation.
• Familiarity with cGMP and quality systems is preferred.
• Onsite work location in Ireland is required.

Responsibilities

• Install and decommission laboratory instrumentation in ADC/CDS.
• Ensure all instrumentation is installed/validated and on PM/PV schedules.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and coordinate with vendor service engineers.
• Maintain documentation in line with SDLC and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet site instrument needs.
